For those who work in the office, they spend long hours sitting infront of computers or laptops. Many are too busy dealing with their hectic lifestyle and pay little attention of their postures.
However maintaining a bad standing, sitting and walking posture can lead to many health issue, both physically and mentally. Some examples are neck pain, headache, stiff neck and shoulders, breathing problem, digestion problem, knee pain, back pain, scoliosis and many others. Thus poor posture is not something we can ignore,

The talk is interactive, with examples, demonstration, partner / group work and also hands on practise of the correction methods demonstrated. Duration of the talk can be either 1 or 2 hours. A 2 hours talk is recommended as it gives more sufficient time to cover the corrective methods which will beneficial.
